Petite Smiles Membership Plan

For those who are uninsured, we offer an in-house membership plan that includes routine preventive care and discounts on any additional treatment your child may need. With this plan, there are no waiting periods, deductibles, or any of the other hassles of insurance! For kiddos ages 0-3, our annual fee is $200. For those ages 4 and above, our annual fee is $350. Our annual membership benefits include:

  • Two Routine Exams
  • Two Professional Teeth Cleanings
  • Two Fluoride Varnish Treatments
  • All Necessary X-Rays
  • Emergency Exam (if needed)
